- A cosmetology license in the state of Wisconsin (or reciprocity from other states)
- Eager to learn and a willingness to grow

Sankalpa’s Associate Program
At Sankalpa, our associate program is the core ingredient of our development and the basis of our artists’ career path to success. Our Summit salon program is designed to provide advanced training to raise the skill level of new talent with business building, guest handling and is based on Sankalpa’s principles. We believe that this level of training develops not only talented artists, but career driven and goal-oriented team members. This training program is accelerated and intense, we ask for 100% commitment for success. Upon completion, our artists not only possess advanced skills in the industry, but the capability to create meaningful guest relationships and be in the driver’s seat of success. Our program generates a roadmap to level advancement and opportunities to become future team leaders, salon educators, shareholders or artists in the field.

- A cosmetology license in the state of Wisconsin (or for new graduates in the process of completing)
